Course Summary
Completing a project is not the same as delivering value. Many teams manage timelines, budgets and task lists well but still struggle to show what the project actually contributed to the business.
This two-day course helps project professionals shift from project execution to value stewardship. It focuses on how to embed ROI thinking into project decisions, business cases, stakeholder conversations and leadership reporting.
Day 1 builds the value foundation by helping participants understand ROI in a project context, influence the project charter and develop stronger business cases. Day 2 focuses on execution and post-project value realisation, including benefit tracking, mid-course correction, post-implementation review and ROI storytelling. Participants leave with practical tools such as value maps, benefit tracking models and ROI storytelling frameworks.
