Course Summary
Digital banking has changed how customers transact, onboard and access financial services. It has also created new fraud risks. Fraudsters now exploit digital channels, weak onboarding controls, access gaps, authentication weaknesses and delayed detection.
This two-day course helps participants understand fraud risks in the digital banking environment and apply practical detection and prevention techniques. It covers fraud principles, detection methods, prevention controls, risk-based authentication, strong customer authentication, onboarding risk and emerging fraud control techniques.
The course is designed for professionals who need to identify, assess and prevent fraud more effectively. Participants leave with stronger awareness of fraud patterns, practical control methods and clearer understanding of how fraud affects both consumers and digital banking operations.
